This is a shorter, focused distance healing session for when you need a gentle reset — a moment of energetic clearing and recentering without a full deep dive.

Each session is guided entirely by what is present for you in the moment. No agenda, no formula. I work intuitively to support energetic clearing, emotional softening, and a gentle return to your own center.
